Job Overview

Support bar by stocking necessary supplies like liquor, ice, garnishes, and juices, prepare batched cocktails and prep ingredients, all while maintaining cleaning and sanitation standards. The Barback also acts as the primary server at the bar taking food and drink orders from our guests in an informed and engaging manner.

Responsibilities 

• Juicing and preparing syrups to meet weekly par levels
• Batching spirits for house cocktails
• Maintaining strong knowledge of all menus
• Engaging with guests and helping to guide their experience
• Anticipating bartender and guest needs
