The Camphouse Cafe is the latest evolution of The Camphouse brand - a welcoming, Southern-inspried concept serving our same great burgers, comfort food, and cold drinks with personality. Open 11am to 9pm, we pride ourselves on top shelf service and top shelf food with a strong sense of local identity.
We believe great leadership shows up on the floor, not behind a desk. That's why our Front of House Manager is a working position - leading the team by example, providing hospitality, and participating in tipped service through bartending and waiting tables.

What You'll Do:

Leadership & Service (Core FOH Duties):

  • Serve as the go-to leder during service - bartending, waiting tables, or floating as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Actively coach and support servers, bartenders and hosts to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage shift flow: table rotation, guest paciong, and coordination with the kitchen
  • Lead opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and depsoits.
  • Resolve customer issues gracefully and professionally in the moment.

Administrative & Operational REsponsibilities:

  • Maintain proper staffing levels and scheduling of FOH staff
  • Oversee cleanliness, organization, and functionality of all FOH spaces
  • Manage and conduct inventory for bar on a monthly basis
  • Manage and submit orders for FOH supplies to include paper goods, beer, and liquor as well as any other foh supplies
  • Onboard and train new FOH staff
  • Communicate service notes, performance updates and any needed follow ups as needed
  • Take initiative on improvements in service, efficiency, and morale

What You Bring:

  • Serve tables, as well as lead and support other servers during shifts to maintain efficient service and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to lead by example - willing to hustle, step in, and do the work
  • Solid understanding of hospitality, timing, and flow
  • Basic familiarity with POS system and light administrative duties
  • A customer first mentality with a sense of pride in great service and team energy
  • Must be avaliable to work a combination of nights and weekends
  • Will have full control and support of your own schedule

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly wage + tips (tipped working position allows for significantly higher income potential)
  • Quarterly bonus based on performance and goals. Bonuses are intended to be paid in full, and not making bonus essentially means not doing the job.
