Food runners are responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through warm hospitality, strong communication, attention to detail, and efficient service.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service in a high-volume environment
  • Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining professionalism and a sense of urgency
  • Checking food for quality and consistency before delivering to guests
  • Staying organized and managing a high volume of take-out and in house orders
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of current menu and allergies
  • Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH team members to keep service running smoothly
  • Communicate guest concerns and service issues promptly to management
  • Complete opening, side work, and closing duties each shift
  • Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall flow of service
    QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ year of high-volume food running experience preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to stay positive and composed in a busy, high-energy environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Weekend and holiday availability
