The job can be high paced and excellent multitasking skills are required.
Floor managers are responsible for day-to-day operations. Generally either opening the park or closing the park. All hourly employees report to the floor manager during operation. Preferred skills include; cash handling, prior leadership roles, and outstanding customer service skills. The Floor Manager must be able to be flexible with their schedule and rotate shifts, including weekends and holidays, with their peers.
