Job Overview
Salud de Mesilla is looking to add a motivated Back of House Team Member to our growing kitchen team. We are a fast-paced, creative restaurant known for our tapas, brunch, and elevated dining experience, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in great food and strong teamwork.
This role may include:
- Food preparation and plating
- Assisting with line cooking
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
- Following food safety and sanitation standards
- Supporting the kitchen team during service
We are looking for someone who:
- Works well in a team environment
- Is dependable and punctual
- Can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Kitchen experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate
