Role Overview: As a server, your job will be to make the guests feel welcome, appreciated, and cared for. As a small, family-owned, and operated business, our reputation is extremely important. If you take pride in providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm, friendly environment, we are looking for you!
Responsibilities:

  • Give a warm welcome to every Guest
  • Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
  • Use the POS system efficiently and effectively
  • Comply with responsible alcohol service guidelines, including serving guests responsibly
  • Demonstrate great salesmanship
  • Recognizing First-Time and Return Guests
  • Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
  • Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate
  • Cash handling
  • Help fellow Team Members when appropriate

Ideal Candidate:

  • Able to demonstrate genuine hospitality to every customer, whether in person or over the phone
  • Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Able to work in a standing position for extended periods
  • Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary
  • Proven restaurant serving experience
  • Hands-on experience in cashier duties
  • Attention to cleanliness and safety
  • Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • High school diploma is a plus but not required
  • Experience preferred
