Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Follows and completes daily production quantity and pre-orders as requested
  • Ensure final products meet quality standards as designated by the company
  • Receive incoming supplies, restock and manage storage areas in an organized manner
  • Able to follow directions provided by store or corporate leadership
  • Sanitization procedures, maintaining overall cleanliness of work station

Skills 

  • Knowledgeable on basic food safety rules and safe handling procedures based on CA Food Safety Regulations
  • Be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • General knowledge of production methods and organization of Confectionary production
  • Must be able to manage time and skills with strong organization

Working hours: 5am till 1:30pm, Closed on Sundays.
