Crew Member (Cross-Trained Team Member)

Position Summary

As a Crew Member, you'll be cross-trained in all areas of restaurant operations. Every team member plays an important role in delivering exceptional food and outstanding customer service. Flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service with every guest interaction
• Operate the cash register and accurately process orders and payments
• Expedite orders to ensure accuracy, quality, and speed
• Prepare cheesesteaks, burgers, sandwiches, sides, and other menu items
• Operate the grill, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely
• Prepare desserts, specialty lemonades, banana puddings, cheesecakes, and other sweet treats
• Package dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders accurately
• Maintain food quality and presentation standards
• Stock and restock food, beverages, and supplies
• Assist with food preparation and daily prep work
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Work together with teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn every position in the restaurant
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Food service experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train motivated individuals.

Scheduling Requirements

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule
• Some opening shifts required
• Some closing shifts required
• Weekend and holiday availability is preferred
