Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/bartender/bar manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving easy beverages, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience and want to come back.
Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately using the POS system and cash register.
• Assist with food preparation and service as needed, including bussing tables and maintaining food handling standards.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their experience.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the food service industry.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; candidates with experience in the food industry or catering are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is beneficial.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling best practices is a plus.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
