Beach Bear Coastal opened in Spring 2026, and we've been rocking ever since. We're looking for one more strong team member to join The Bear Crew and help bring the coastal vibe to every guest.

About the role
We're hiring a part-time, seasonal hospitality pro who is a strong server with bartending experience and can work both positions. We train you from the ground up so you know our food, our floor, and our bar:

  • Expo: Learn the menu, plating, ticket times, and how the kitchen runs.
  • Server: Learn the floor, table flow, GoTab POS, and how we do service.
  • Bar: Cross-train behind the bar on our cocktail, beer, and wine program.

Once you're trained, you'll work a mix of serving and bartending shifts based on what the business needs.

What you'll do

  • Give guests friendly, fast service at the tables and the bar
  • Run food and support expo during busy times
  • Make and serve drinks to our recipes and standards
  • Back up your bartenders, servers, and kitchen team when needed
  • Keep your area clean, stocked, and ready
  • Follow our food safety, alcohol service, and company standards

What we're looking for

  • Serving experience in a high-volume restaurant (required)
  • Bartending experience (required)
  • Comfortable with a POS system
  • A team player who's fine running food, bussing, and takes initiative doing whatever it takes
  • Available nights, weekends, and holidays, especially during the busy season
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays up to about 25 lbs
