Job Role: Assistant Kitchen Manager
Reports to: Kitchen Manager/Culinary Director
Department: Managers BOH
Stations: expo, inside expo, lead BOH
Salary: $41-$46k
Skill level: 3-4+ years line cooking, 1+ year management
Shift times: 6:30/7:30am-Business Decline 3:30/4:45pm (Mon-Sun)
Availability: full time (5 shifts per week); MUST HAVE weekend availability

What You Will Be Doing:

  • walking, standing, and multi-tasking for 8-9 hours/'s a long day but trust us, it's worth it
  • heavy lifting (25+ lbs) at times, it will be the best gym membership you’ve ever not paid for
  • exuding positivity and upbeat vibes.
  • Maintaining a clean work area
  • assisting fellow team members whenever possible...standing around is for models
  • ordering and purchasing
  • opening and closing restaurant based off schedule have the golden key
  • supervising, coaching, and motivating BOH staff
  • corresponding with FOH staff frequently...silos are for storing grains
  • training, scheduling, and reviewing employees
