Responsibilities "SERVERS"

  • Seating customers and taking orders
  • Taking phone, Ubereats,skipthedishes, Doordash, and Walk-in orders.
  • Packing all food items
  • Handing food to customers & drivers "Instore - Curbside"
  • Cleaning of the dining area, Bar & Bathrooms
  • Stock count

Responsibilities** "PREP / LINE-COOK"

  • Memorizing recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes
  • Taking orders from wait staff and preparing food according to customers preference
  • Preparing ingredients and components of each recipe on the restaurant’s menu
  • Maintaining the freshness of product and rotating old product out
  • Working with a team of Cooks to handle varying levels of activity
  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace at all times to avoid contamination
  • Setting up work station
  • Training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of foods
  • Being aware of and following all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines
