Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve catering and events revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management
- Identify new business opportunities and lead business development initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with culinary and front of house teams for successful event execution
- Ensure seamless execution of catering events, including setup, service, and breakdown
- Utilize technology tools such as Toast to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Take occasion floor management shifts as needed during slower weeks.
