Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve catering and events revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead business development initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with culinary and front of house teams for successful event execution
  • Ensure seamless execution of catering events, including setup, service, and breakdown
  • Utilize technology tools such as Toast to track sales activities and customer interactions
  • Take occasion floor management shifts as needed during slower weeks.
