  7. Stay up-to-date with employment laws, regulations, and industry trends.
    Requirements:
  8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  9. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred.
  10. Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management.
  11. Professional certifications, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
  12. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  13. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  14. Proficiency in HRIS systems and software.
    Nice to Have:
  15. Experience with HR data analytics and visualization tools.
  16. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, such as Title VII or ADA.
  17. Familiarity with performance management and employee engagement strategies.
