Position Requirements
*Line Cook and Expediters - At least 2+year experience in a high volume kitchen as Line Cook

  • *Serve Safe certified
  • Required to walk often and stand for long periods of time.
  • Required to use hands to hold, carry, handle or feel.
  • Occasionally required to bend, lift or climb.
  • Often required to lift moderate weights (25-50 pounds).
  • Occasionally required to lift heavy weights (50 pounds or greater).
  • May be required to work multiple stations including expo, grill, sauté, fry, salad, prep and dishwasher.

*Dishwasher and Utility- At least 1+ year experience in a high volume kitchen as Dishwasher or Utility

  • Must be able to keep up with the volume of dishes and the very fast pace environment of the restaurant during weekend business hours
  • Make sure the kitchen; dish washing area is clean along with all kitchen equipment.
  • Often required to lift moderate weights (25-50 pounds).
  • Occasionally required to lift heavy weights (50 pounds or greater).
  • Must be able to handle multiple task at any given time
  • Attention to details in relation to cleanliness
  • Janitorial experience preferred
