Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble menu items, including fresh rice bases, proteins, toppings, and sauces, according to Scorpion Grill standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen stations, prep lines, and dining areas.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and high-quality experience for guests.
  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service at all times.
  • Operate POS systems, handle cash, and process payments accurately.
  • Support teammates during busy shifts by restocking ingredients, cleaning, or assisting with prep.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow company policies, recipes, and training materials.
