What you’ll be doing

• Promotes and coordinates catering events, and the wholesale bakery route
• Coordinates/maintains open lines of communication and details with the client and staff
• Plan menus according to guest specifications
• Preparing meticulous catering order forms
• Makes certain all items needed for each event are loaded, delivered and set up according to client expectations in a timely manner
• Reviews event with General Manager/Supervisor/staff to improve efficiencies
• Promotes catering activities, responding to all calls/e-mails from potential guests
• Maintains constant communication with clients regarding status of their event or update any changes

• Previous catering experience preferred.

Job Type

• Full-time position as needed
• Flexible hours Monday - Friday
• No Sunday hours
