Job Overview

Our Kitchen Team Members are an important part of our operations. Kitchen team members are responsible for executing all aspects of kitchen operations to the highest standards. You’ll use the tools and instructions given to you to hold those standards and continue to improve your performance and product output. You will work with your supervisors and managers to maintain an efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be on time for your shift.
  • Maintain the standards of operations while executing your duties.
  • Set up and organize work station before and during the shift.
  • Menu knowledge to ensure the best quality of the product.
  • Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
  • Can work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and holidays. We are only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Skills

  • Prior kitchen experience is not required. We believe that the best individuals come with varied backgrounds and experiences. We value work ethic, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude more than anything else.
