Job Description
As a PIT Crew Member, you’ll play a vital role in delivering slow-smoked barbecue and legendary service. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm and energy.
  • Preparing and assembling menu items to Dickey’s standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
  • Following all food safety and operational guidelines.
  • Providing quick and accurate service while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Training is required to ensure you meet Dickey’s high standards for quality, safety, and service. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to set you up for success!
Qualifications

  • No experience required – we’ll train the right person! (Preferably 0-2 years of restaurant industry experience)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for great food and service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
