Responsibilities

  • Secure and administer all core beverage and hospitality technologies including GoTab POS, SmartBar, Smart Café machines, Pour My Beer Micromatic tap systems, RFID access systems, and IoT-connected smart devices.
  • lmplement protection for AI-enabled projection wall systems, ensuring secure content delivery, digital rights protections, and access-controlled media workflows.
  • Conduct proactive threat monitoring, event correlation, and anomaly detection across POS transactions, pour data, IoT telemetry, and cloud platforms.
  • Maintain strong cloud security posture for AWS and AI video platforms, ensuring protected machine-to-machine authentication, network segmentation, and endpoint defense.
  • Lead incident response for any security events involving automated pour systems, digital displays, IoT devices, surveillance systems, or network-connected equipment.

  • Familiarity with Zero-Trust frameworks applied to IoT beverage and POS ecosystems.
  • Experience with cloud governance and CSPM platforms for securing AI video and automation tools.
  • Exposure to threat hunting on IoT networks, machine telemetry security, and automated pour analytics.
  • Digital forensics experience for smart device logs, RFID events, and pour transaction data.
  • Understanding of compliance for environments handling POS, customer data, and IoT device security.
