Responsibilities

  • Run food from expo to tables accurately and efficiently
  • Clear and reset tables and bar dining areas
  • Support bartenders: restock ice, glassware, garnishes, liquor, and prep items
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining room, restrooms, and service stations throughout shift
  • Rotate and receive inventory; communicate 86’d items promptly
  • Assist servers and bartenders during high-volume service — you’re the engine that keeps the floor moving

Skills & Requirements:

  • Restaurant or hospitality experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to move fast and stay organized under pressure
  • Team-first mentality — this role supports everyone
  • Physical stamina: you’ll be on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Professional appearance and reliable attendance
