Beyond managers are responsible for the overall operations of a store, including customer service and food/drink consistency, team performance, enforcement of store policies and procedures and execution of brand excellence.

Responsibilities:
➔ Manage overall store operations and report to General Manager ➔ Motivate the team to provide an excellent customer service experience to all guests
➔ Assist General Manager with hiring and onboarding procedures
➔ Assist General Manager with training procedures
➔ Assist General Manager with scheduling procedures
➔ Recognize team members for outstanding work performance and provide constructive feedback when needed
➔ Understand and enforce store policies while creating a positive and productive work environment
➔ Ensure orders are prepared according to recipe and procedure
➔ Maintain excellent drink/food consistency and quality
➔ Promote guest loyalty and awareness of our offerings
➔ Oversee the sanitation of the entire facility, including workstations, equipment, utensils and lobby.
➔ Ensure facility compliance with food safety and health codes
➔ Keep inventory stocked and organized
➔ Maintain all equipment in good working condition
➔ Ensure retail cooler is properly stocked and organized
➔ Manage cash and deposits accurately, ensuring the actual cash amount is consistent with the POS system
➔ Participate in ongoing training and development as designated by upper management
➔ Drive and manage operational and procedural changes
➔ Provide feedback and suggestions to the company
