Francis is a fully plant-based burger joint. We believe the culture of our workplace is of the utmost importance, and we are looking for someone with the right skill set and attitude to join our team after some of our long term team members have left the nest.

Responsibilities 

  • Full-time line cooking (fry, flat top, pantry)
  • Upholding quality standards of all prepared food
  • Training new line cooks
  • Implementing and enforcing cleaning tasks

Requirements 

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • 2+ years line cooking experience
  • Management experience preferred
  • Night and weekend availability
