Job Overview

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Assists cook by washing, chopping, measuring, peeling, slicing,and portioning and ingredients ( Fruits, veggies, meats, salsas )for all menu items.
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area, washing dishes, and ensuring kitchen stock is managed.
  • Following food safety guidelines to support timely, high-quality meal service.
  • Accurateley measuring ingredients for recipes.
  • May require additional duties, lifting and assisting in other work areas to ensure opperations runs smoothly and efficiently.

Skills 

  • Excellect communication skills with staff.
  • Attention to detail, time management and the ability to work under pressure of a face paced environment.
  • Strong sense of hygene
