As the new social hub of West Allis, we will be offering a full-scale bar to our guests. Our ideal bartender is social, outgoing, and able to work long periods on their feet. Our bartender will be the face of the company, exceptional customer service is a must. Our basic requirements are as followed…
· Verify Identification and age requirements of guests.
· Mix traditional and creative cocktails.
· Process payment and balance cash receipts to prepare cash deposit.
· Maintain a clean workplace and adhere to an above average level of sanitation.
· Upsell specific drinks and work with management to achieve sales goals.
· Build a rapport with regular customers and create an overall positive atmosphere.
· Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
· Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness.
· Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol.
· Accountability in maintaining inventory.
· Ability to lift 50Lbs to unload, stock and maintain inventory of bar.
· Help with larger parties in ways such as cleaning, food running, bussing, taking orders, etc.
· Complete daily and nightly checklists.
· Pay out slot machines.
