Responsibilities
Correctly receive and prepare all beverages on the menu.
· Good memory for customer names
· Aid in carry out orders and the dining room if gaps in beverage preparation
· Prepare your drinks in front of the customer, provide visually appealing preparation and offer to deliver to the table if customer desires.
· Add condiments as requested by customer
· Organize the coffee bar.
· Monitoring both coffee bar and dining room activity
· Mastery of the menu, ingredients and methods of preparation
· Keep the floor of your area swept and mopped.
· Pre-service bar check list
· Excellent teammate and maintain relationships with cashiers, kitchen, and dining staff.
· Check and maintain glass wear and mugs in excellent cleanliness.
· Check that each drink is served in the allocated cup or glass and meets quality standards, presentation and served as described in the operations manual.
· Serve drinks or bar dishes right efficiently as soon as they are ready.
· Avoid cell phone use during work hours.
· Assist in dining service when beverage service allows.

Barista responsibilities include the preparation of cold drinks, hot drinks, different extraction methods. Heat, mix, and/or serve different simple bar dishes if needed. You will receive and prepare drink orders, answer all beverage questions/concerns origins and provide guidance on appropriate beverage. Ability to assist in the service of the dining room when the gaps in beverage preparation. Make precast coffee refill. Always keep the coffee bar exceptionally clean.
