Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen area.
  • Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, rolls, and other dishes with precision and attention to detail.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within a high-paced kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and food safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
