Job Overview

Provided friendly and inviting service to guests, striving for quality by anticipating their needs to ensure they leave satisfied with a dining experience that felt effortless and encourages repeat visits
Maintained strong knowledge of food and drink menus to confidently answer guest questions and accurately record/input customer orders
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to communicate orders, and with fellow serving staff to ensure fast and accurate delivery of food and beverages
Participate in assigned duties and side work across shifts to ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, service stations, and work areas (e.g., clean and set tables, sweep/mop floors, roll silverware, etc.)
Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and serving policies or laws set by city, county, and state regulations

Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time (5+ hours)
Strong focus and multitasking skills to balance duties while consistently providing high-quality service
Effective teamwork and time management to meet daily tasks and operational needs of the restaurant
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs – e.g., soda bibs, wine/beer cases, glass racks)
Service industry experience encouraged but not required
