Key Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift
  • Maintain a clean, organized dish area and follow proper sanitation procedures
  • Assist with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning tasks
  • Restock clean items to the appropriate stations to support kitchen and service teams
  • Operate dish machines safely and report any maintenance issues
  • Support opening, closing, and side‑work duties as assigned
  • Work efficiently to keep pace with high‑volume service periods

Qualifications

  • No experience required; restaurant or kitchen experience a plus
  • Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
