Job Overview

Looking for Guest Experience Specialists to be a vital part of our team. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the venue. This position includes Hosts, Lobby Club Attendants, Caddies, and Starters.

Responsibilities:
-Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
-Take and accurately enter customer orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system
-Answer questions about menu items, our flow, and process, and assist as needed to ensure a positive experience
-Assemble food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all items are included and presented accordingly. Then, deliver to guests.
-Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the venue
-Monitor levels of supplies and restock when needed
-Process payments
-Collaborate with other Club Members to ensure smooth operations
-Communicate effectively
-Assist with tasks as assigned to meet guests needs and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in the restaurant industry preferred but not
required.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple
tasks simultaneously.
-Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and
holidays.
-Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures.
