Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and standards
- Manage inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
- Willing to be hands-on in the Front and Back of House
