Responsibilities 

  • Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and standards
  • Manage inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost.
  • Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
  • Willing to be hands-on in the Front and Back of House
