Responsibilities

  • Prepare consistently high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages while providing friendly, attentive service.

  • Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and stocked, following food safety standards.

  • Help guide the team, support training, and maintain service standards, with the opportunity to grow into a lead position.

Skills

  • Previous barista experience required, including espresso preparation, dialing in grinders, and milk steaming.

  • Strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.

  • Dependability, initiative, and strong communication skills. We’re looking for experienced candidates ready to take on leadership responsibilities and grow with us.
