Job Overview

  • Cooking menu items according to established recipes, ensuring food meets quality standards for taste, temperature, and presentation.
  • Setting up and stocking the cooking station with all necessary equipment and ingredients for service and keeping it clean and organized throughout the shift.
  • Adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards, properly storing food, and cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
  • Communicating effectively with the rest of the kitchen staff, including the expediter, to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time.
  • Perform closing duties such as restocking and cleaning the kitchen.
