Job Overview
- Cooking menu items according to established recipes, ensuring food meets quality standards for taste, temperature, and presentation.
- Setting up and stocking the cooking station with all necessary equipment and ingredients for service and keeping it clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards, properly storing food, and cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Communicating effectively with the rest of the kitchen staff, including the expediter, to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time.
- Perform closing duties such as restocking and cleaning the kitchen.
MUST HAVE: UP TO DATE SNHD FOOD HANDLERS CARD.
