SmallAxe LLC is a growing company that currently operates 2 dynamic brands- East Ender and Smalls. We hope to add a third business venture to our group this year and are looking to hire now for the coming season.
We seek individuals with experience cooking on a line as well as experience with cold food assembly and cafe experience. We strive to make our work environment a fun, safe place and work with our employees to create the desired level of work/life balance. We seek prep cooks, line cooks and dishwashers for full time, part time and seasonal roles.
We are also seeking servers, bartenders, hosts and counterpersons with experience.
For people with management, leadership or 10+ years experience, there are roles available that would carry incentives such as bonus programs, higher hourly pay or salaried positions.
Full time employees that work for SmallAxe LLC have access to health insurance coverage, and all employees have access to 401k. Dishwashers start at 15 dollars an hour, line cooks with 3+ years experience start at 18 dollars an hour.
