Primary Responsibilities

  • Expo - maintaining service pacing & food quality
  • Closing oversight - ensuring kitchen is clean, food is stored properly & walkin is organized
  • Coaching - teaching professional kitchen skills, work ethic, & teamwork

Skills

  • Must be versed in from scratch cooking - including fresh pasta
  • Must have at least 2 years Kitchen MGMT experience
  • Must be competent with kitchen tools, including detailed knife work, mixers, slicers, etc.
