Primary Duties and Responsibilities: (EUG - Standard Procedure as per manual).
▫ Restock as necessary for smooth and efficient daily operation of the food line.
▫ Responsible of maintaining and practicing the highest levels of sanitation and proper food handling procedures.
▫ Responsible for cleanup/setup duties in his/her work area. At times may be called on duties of a prep cook.
▫ Serve as a good communicator to all kitchen stations to alert the team members of tickets and order status.
▫ Assist all stations in preparation of each item plate and ticket.
▫ Communicate directly with the servers or outside expo to offer time estimates and inquire about guest intentions on tickets that may not be clear to the kitchen team.
▫ Handle all remakes or orders that require to be made on the fly for guest satisfaction purposes.
▫ Ensure that every plate item is served to specification - flavor, portion temperature and presentation.
Ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
