Position Overview:
The bartender is responsible for crafting beverages and providing friendly, efficient service to customers at the bar. This role involves maintaining a well-stocked and organized bar, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Interact with guests, provide recommendations, and build rapport.
• Maintain bar inventory, restock supplies, and track usage.
• Follow all safety and legal guidelines for responsible alcohol service.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized throughout shifts.
• Process payments and balance cash drawers accurately.
• Work with servers to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beer/wine options.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol.
