Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Be knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and promotions
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and care
• Process payments accurately and operate the POS system
• Maintain clean tables, workstations, and service areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong attention to detail
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Food Handlers Certificate & Police Certificate Required
