Responsibilities 

  • Assist in putting out catering for golf tournaments & eventsAssist with preparation work for upcoming golf tournaments
  • Perform any general tasks as set forth by the Kitchen Manager
  • Report any injuries, incidents, or issues to immediate supervisor
  • Perform any prep up as needed based on prep guidelines & line set
  • Receiving & putting away orders
  • Maintaining a clean work area
  • Preparation of all food items found on menu
  • Check to ensure quality & freshness of foods on the line
  • Knowledge & practice of basic sanitation procedures are required (will train the right person)
