Responsibilities

  • Efficiently prepare and cook both hot and cold menu items according to company standards, maintaining consistent quality.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely—this includes grills, fryers, ovens, or similar tools.
  • Keep the workspace clean and organized, including stocking supplies, prepping items, and assisting with end-of-shift cleanup.
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers, delivering “legendary convenience guest service” even during overnight shifts or busy hours.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain smooth kitchen and service operations.

Skills

  • Multitasking -to manage multitasking tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous food service experience is preferred but not mandatory—Snappy’s is willing to train candidates with the right attitude.
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset, with a customer-first attitude.
  • Adaptability and the ability to stay calm under pressure—especially for overnight or high-volume shifts.
