Jag's Steak and Seafood is looking for friendly, energetic hospitality professionals to join our team! We are looking for new team members to welcome all guests entering the restaurant with warmth and enthusiasm; striving to make every guest's experience memorable.

Responsibilities:

Display guest first focus through strategized table and guest placement while ensuring greatest guest comfort.

  • Maintain positive attitude while demonstrating teamwork, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Make reservations using online reservation system
  • Communicate and record guest needs and requests
  • Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly
  • Collect and place to go orders accurately
  • Establish and build on client relationships

Qualifications Required:

  • Evening and Weekend Availability
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to stand, bend, and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours and lift up to 25-30 lbs

Experience in high-volume restaurants and using Online Reservation systems or multi-line phone systems a plus
