Job Overview

Responsibilities 

  • Create daily prep list
  • Execute food from a recipe
  • Keep area clean and sanitary
  • Help with putting deliveries away
  • Close down station and clean kitchen with the rest of the staff.
  • General work in a kitchen and assigned by managers (break down boxes, help with dishes, sweep/mop etc etc)
  • Maintain good hygiene and follow basic sanitization procedures.

Skills 

  • Self motivated
  • Knife skills (can be trained)
  • Ability to read a recipe and execute with mininal involvement from managers.
  • Setting a good pace for the day and managing your time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
