RTE Team Member
Overview:
The RTE Team Member reports directly to the RTE Lead. The RTE Team Member must be able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment. The RTE Team Member is responsible for preparing and producing prepared food items at a consistently high level while also maintaining an accurate inventory. The RTE Team Member must be able to work with a diverse group of personalities and use critical thinking skills to solve problems as they arise.
Responsibilities:
· Follow the production schedule for each day in order to maintain par levels.
· Ensure that all kitchen equipment is working properly and if there are any issues let the chef know.
· Clean and maintain the kitchen equipment daily.
· Keep all the floors and work surface areas clean to stay within the health code standards.
· Ensure that all labels at the beginning and end of each shift are within the appropriate times and if a product has reached the end of its shelf life to dispose of it properly
Priorities:
1. Satisfy the guest by providing each guest an excellent experience when they shop, purchase, and consume RTE products.
2. Prepare and cook food at a consistent level.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment that meets the standards of Farmview Market.
