Job Description: As a Crew Lead at Tay's Burger Shack, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations and delivering outstanding service to our customers. You will lead by example, providing guidance and support to the team to maintain Tay's Burger Shack's standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant crew members during shifts.
  • Assist in training new crew members on Tay's Burger Shack's policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to operational procedures, including opening and closing duties.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating food and supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and resolving any issues promptly and courteously.
  • Support the team in food preparation and assembly to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Uphold Tay's Burger Shack's commitment to quality by monitoring food freshness, portion sizes, and presentation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the food service industry.
