Sunshine Grille is a family owned restaurant; our world revolves around our customers, our employees and delivering a first class dining experience. We are hiring people that are passionate about food experiences, serving others and have a personal desire to succeed! We are looking for a talented, energetic person who has at least two year's experience in the kitchen. The ideal candidate and can work independently, is organized and clean. Job duties include setting up your station and preparing dishes according to established procedures. Our kitchen staff delivers attractive, nicely garnished plates to each customer in a high paced environment. As part of this team the successful candidate must follow instructions and accept criticism from senior staff. Our kitchen is not a traditional brigade system; decisions are reached through collaboration. Staff are cross-trained across all stations: entree, prep, saute, grill, catering and baking. There is a growth opportunity here for people who focus on what they can contribute to the business. Our "regulars" visit the store 2-3 times per week. Remember this is not a bar, people come here because they like the food. Most important, we expect you to bring a POSITIVE "can-do" attitude to the work place each day.
