Position Summary

The Front Desk Clerk at FireHorse Saloon is a vital part of our guest experience team, responsible for welcoming and assisting patrons as they arrive. This role helps maintain smooth operations at the entrance while ensuring clear communication with security and staff. Ideal candidates are outgoing, detail-oriented, and thrive in a nightlife environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Monitor venue entry flow and coordinate with security on guest count and access
  • Process cover charges and handle payments via POS system
  • Answer phone calls and provide information about hours, events, and policies
  • Direct guests to appropriate areas, including lockers, VIP check-in, and restrooms
  • Maintain communication with security and management throughout the shift
  • Assist with locker instructions, lost and found, and general guest inquiries
  • Keep the front desk area tidy and stocked with necessary materials

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and people skills
  • Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and composed under pressure
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Team player with a focus on guest satisfaction

Compensation

  • Starting at $13/hour
  • Bi-weekly pay
