We are currently looking for a quality conscious, self-starter who enjoys working in a fast paced, high-volume environment. We foster a team of baristas who are passionate about cultivating a safe space for our beloved Burbank community. Seeking a high-energy, creative, team player who seeks to find the joy (and little bit of party) in the day to day work.

Cureent open shifts are
Thursday 12pm-Close (6ish)
Friday 6:30am-11:15am
Saturday 11am-Close (6ish)

Our Barista's are an integral role and are the creatives of coffee & tea beverages as well as the first & last point of customer interactions!

SUMMARY:

• A Barista at The Palm Coffee Bar main gig is to produce food and beverages to the highest quality and according to our standards while executing beverages and consumables in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Greets all customers with fast, friendly, and personalized service while creating & maintaining beverage quality according to recipe and standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in a coffee shop or customer service environment.
• Strong communication, priority management.
• Sense of urgency extremely important.
• The ability to stay calm during times of stress & high pressure.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Must be able to stand up for 4 hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs of product.
• Must hold and maintain Food Handlers Certification.
• Must have reliable transportation to arrive to their shift on-time.
