Chanos Latin Kitchen is looking foGENERAL MANAGER r a strong, reliable General Manager to run day-to-day operations and lead our team.

Full-Time | Competitive Pay (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH + BOH)
Lead, train, and motivate staff
Manage schedules, labor, and team performance
Ensure great customer service and handle issues
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and standards
Handle inventory, ordering, and cost control

What We’re Looking For:
Restaurant management experience required (fast-casual preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organized, dependable, and hands-on
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Spanish is a big plus
