Job Summary

We’re looking for a dependable Line Cook who can work in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll handle prep, cook on the line, and help keep the kitchen clean and organized. Seafood experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and stock stations with ingredients and supplies
  • Cook menu items according to Anchor Down standards
  • Prep seafood and other ingredients (grilling, frying, steaming)
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
  • Follow health and safety rules (ServSafe knowledge a bonus)
  • Help with opening/closing duties and daily kitchen prep
  • Communicate with front-of-house and kitchen team
  • Assist with specials and off-menu items when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
  • Solid knife skills and basic cooking knowledge
  • Works clean, fast, and stays calm under pressure
  • Team player with a good attitude
  • Available nights and weekends
