Job Overview

Upselling to customers
Ringing guests’ orders into the POS system
Properly charging the guest and collecting payment for orders + providing each guest with a receipt
Processing credit, debit, and gift card transactions
Answering the phone
Interacting with customers in a friendly and efficient manner
Maintaining cash drawers + counting cash drawers at the beginning and end of shift
Stocking counters and holding cabinets
Cleaning tables and chairs and collecting trays
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workstation
Maintaining sanitary standards + keeping the floor in the work area clean and free of debris
Being a team player – supporting and assisting your fellow team members whenever possible
